Lumicorex FZC (SRTIP, University City, Sharjah, UAE) operates the Raha membership programme and Samaa Wallet. This policy explains how we handle your personal data, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL).
1. Information We Collect
At checkout: full name, WhatsApp number, email address, date of birth, and optionally your Emirates ID. We also collect basic technical data (IP, browser, device) when you visit raha.lumicorex.com.
2. How We Use It
- Issue and deliver your digital Card and QR code.
- Verify your identity and membership eligibility.
- Process payments, billing, and renewals.
- Share verification details with Partners solely to honour your discount.
- Send service updates and, unless you opt out, offers and promotions.
- Detect fraud and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
3. Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share it only with: Partners (to verify your membership), service providers who support our operations (payments, messaging, hosting), and authorities where required by UAE law.
4. Retention & Security
We keep your data while your membership is active and briefly after, for legal or accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect it, though no system is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights
Under the UAE PDPL, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, withdraw marketing consent, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
6. Emirates ID
Providing your Emirates ID is optional and used only to verify your identity where needed for a specific Partner benefit.
7. Children
Raha is for individuals 18 and above. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
