By purchasing or using the Raha membership card ("Raha Card"), you agree to these Terms with Lumicorex FZC, SRTIP, University City, Sharjah, UAE ("Lumicorex", "we").
1. What Raha Is
Raha is a tiered lifestyle wellness membership (Core, Pulse, Zenith) giving you discounted access to a network of independent Partners. Zenith includes Samaa Wallet.
Raha is NOT insurance. We don't reimburse costs or guarantee coverage — only preferential rates at Partners, subject to their availability and terms.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18+ to hold a Card.
- Information provided at checkout (name, WhatsApp, email, DOB, optional Emirates ID) must be accurate.
- Cards are personal, non-transferable, and one per Member.
- We may refuse, suspend, or cancel membership for false or incomplete information.
3. Card Delivery
Your digital Card and QR code are sent via WhatsApp and/or email as provided at checkout. We're not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect contact details.
4. Fees, Billing & Cancellation
- Fees, tiers, and billing cycle (monthly/annual) are shown at checkout before payment.
- Recurring memberships auto-renew at the current fee unless cancelled beforehand.
- Cancel anytime — it takes effect at the end of the paid cycle; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by UAE law.
- We may revise fees or tiers for future billing cycles, not retroactively.
5. Using Partner Benefits
Partners are independent businesses, not Lumicorex agents. Discounts and their conditions are set by each Partner and may change without notice. Any service, treatment, or product you receive is an agreement solely between you and the Partner — Lumicorex does not guarantee quality, safety, or availability.
6. Your Responsibilities
Use your Card only for its intended personal purpose. Do not share, duplicate, forge, resell, or commercially exploit it, or misuse the Partner network.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your membership without refund for breach of these Terms, fraud, or misuse. We may also discontinue Raha or any tier with reasonable notice.
8. Liability
Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses or for any act or omission of a Partner.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UAE law as applied in Sharjah, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sharjah courts.
